TAURUS LODGE is the place to meet and socialise with other staff helping at the event, that is warm and welcoming and where you can get a cuppa and something to eat. Meet likeminded scouting people here and share experiences together.

We will make sure that all staff know when and where they are needed and are kept busy throughout the camp, but still have the opportunity of downtime, but are kept in the loop.

Event Staff will have a dedicated camping area outside of the TAURUS LODGE building' allowing for you to not waste time or get cold moving around the site and a central point where they can socialise and interact with the Event Team and other adult event helpers

We want our Event staff to be in the know and informed, which makes for a much better event and for our helpers to enjoy the event too. Lessons learnt form last year will see us promote this information via the website earlier for all Event Staff. You will be able to sign up for activities when you arrive, choosing what interests you or what you have a skill set in possibly.
